The company will process an application to the client's requirements and requests, and will not be responsible for any incorrect information provided. The company will make all efforts to obtain the correct visa in the specified period of time. However the company will not be responsible for the following occurring at the embassy; Refusal to issue the visa, Refusal to accept the application, Issuance of incorrect visa, Delay in processing the visa.
Should the company have caused any of the above through error or omission, then the company's liability is strictly limited to the cost of a replacement visa or refund of all fees paid and the company cannot accept any responsibility for consequential loss, such as, but not limited to: lost profits/income, lost airfares.
Cancellation rights
Once you have submitted your application with us online or over the phone, it is assumed that you have agreed that we may instantly begin the processing of your application and provide our service, and by agreeing to these terms and conditions, you are therefore providing your express consent for this to happen. As a result you will not have any right to cancel under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This is because, under Regulation 36(1)(a) and 37(1)(a), you lose your right to cancel if you agree that we can start providing the services within the cancellation period.

Delivery Policy
Our Delivery Policy is set out to explain to you, the customer, how we provide the Processing Service offered on our website.
1- OFFICIAL-ESTA.CO.IL is a private, third party ESTA applications data processing agency and it is not affiliated in any way with the Government of the United States of America.

3- OFFICIAL-ESTA.CO.IL does not guarantee that applications will be accepted, we only process the customer's application data and integrate into the ESTA CBP system.
4- The customer is responsible for providing valid and accurate application information, OFFICIAL-ESTA.CO.IL is not liable for any rejected applications due to non valid or incorrect information submitted by the customer.
5- Once the application data is submitted, OFFICIAL-ESTA.CO.IL will have 24 hours to process the application and provide a status update to the customer. No service claims are accepted for non delivered travel authorization confirmation documents before 24 hours after information is submitted by the customer. Customer has the right to claim if they have not received a confirmation document or status update after 24 hours.
6- Applications can be putted on hold by the CBP for multiple reason, in these cases a customer service representative will contact the customer to coordinate a possible solution. Same case if application is rejected.
7- The services provided herein are in relation to the submission of ESTA applications. The cost of processing applications includes all service fees (up to $77), which are dependent on the location of the applicant. We are not affiliated with the US government or embassy. The processing fee includes $21 due to the US government for issuing your ESTA. You can apply directly via https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/esta/. By purchasing our services the customer agree to pay a service fee for data entry and assistance service fee which includes the mandatory $21 fee paid by OFFICIAL-ESTA.CO.IL on his/her behalf to the Customs and Border Protection and American Government for the ESTA system fee.
8- Customer also provide explicit authorization to let OFFICIAL-ESTA.CO.IL manage his/her application data and apply on his/her behalf to the CBP ESTA system. According to our privacy policy and the CBP privacy statement at: https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/esta/html/privacy.htm
9- Customer certifies he/her is entitled and legally authorized to pay with the submitted credit or debit card. OFFICIAL-ESTA.CO.IL will charge the submitted credit card one total fee and shall be not liable for any illegal use of credit information submitted by the customer.
Once our same-day Processing Service is completed, which includes weekends and holidays, we will deliver the product to you by email only.
We strongly recommend you to add our email address orders@OFFICIAL-ESTA.CO.IL to your white list to ensure that our email is not rejected due to an overfilled inbox.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
(a) Except as may be set out in these terms of use, this site, its content, and any use you choose to make of it, are provided and permitted without any representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, and we disclaim all such representations and warranties so far as permitted by law. We do not warrant that information contained on or accessed through this site is adequate, complete, accurate or up-to-date, nor do we warrant that the site (or any part of it) will always be accessible, fully functional or free from errors and viruses. Accordingly, you agree that the only remedy available to you for breach of these terms of use shall be for our breach of contract under these terms of use.

(ii) for any fraudulent misrepresentation made by us or those under our control.
(e) If you are using this site as a consumer then nothing in these terms of use shall in any way limit your statutory rights.
Refund Policy
If your application is denied by Customs and Border Protection (CBP) with the status of 'Travel Not Authorized', we will refund the processing service fee paid to us as part of our money-back guarantee so long as you make a refund request via email. In the occasional case where the United States government rescinds approval of your ESTA authorization, we are unable to issue a refund, and strongly suggest you confirm your ESTA authorization before checking in for or reserving a flight to the United States. As we are a private company and unaffiliated with government entities, we emphasize that decisions on admission into the United States are at the sole discretion of Customs and Border Protection.
If your application has not been denied but you would still like to request a refund for another reason, contact us. We do take exceptional circumstances into consideration should something happen that is outside of your control and will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis. Our service fee refund covers the fees paid to us directly for processing your application, and unfortunately does not cover any third-party fees you may incur, such as credit/debit card fees or charges from other parties involved in processing your payment.
Refunds are always in USD currency. The exchange rate is determined by your credit/debit card company. We unfortunately cannot take responsibility for any differences in refund amounts based on exchange rate fluctuations or exchange fees charged by your card provider.
Any processed refunds will be credited to the to the card used for the original purchase. This is to protect your security and prevent theft, loss, or fraud. To request a refund from us, contact us via email with the following information:
We will credit your refund to your debit/credit card account within 24 hours, and once you bank has accepted the refund you will see the refund on your statement within 3-5 working days.
If your reason to request a refund is not listed here, or if you have any questions regarding refunds, please contact us.
Severability
If one or more of the provisions of these terms of use are at any time found to be invalid by a court, tribunal or other forum of competent jurisdiction, or otherwise rendered unenforceable, that decision shall not invalidate or void the remainder of these terms of use.
